Unable to check and fix permissions in Plesk [ After Upgrade to 8.3 ]

RESOLUSION
Please download the modules “class.SiteAppPackageManager.php ” and copy it to folder
%plesk_dir%admin\plib\SiteApps.
%plesk_dir%admin\plib\SiteApps.
Note : Please backup old module before copying.
